BabyYoda12299 sharesThis market will resolve to "Yes" if either CNN, MSNBC, or their parent companies, are formally sued for or charged in a US court with libel or defamation against Donald Trump between March 14 and June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". State and municipal courts count under the definition of "US court" for the purposes of this market. For a lawsuit or charge to qualify, it must have been officially filed in court. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
