You can read more about that here: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-judge-hear-states-bid-block-trump-birthright-citizenship-order-2025-01-23/ This market will resolve to "Yes" if the block on the portion of this executive order that curtails automatic birthright citizenship is lifted by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
