This market will resolve to “Yes” if the US State Department issues a level 4 “Do Not Travel” travel advisory for the Mexican State of Jalisco by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Travel advisory levels will be considered on a state-by-state basis, as displayed on the US State Department’s Travel Advisory website for Mexico (https://travel.state.gov/en/international-travel/travel-advisories/mexico.html). The overall travel advisory level for Mexico will not impact this market’s resolution, unless a level 4 "Do Not Travel" travel advisory is issued for all of Mexico. The primary resolution source for this market will be the US State Department’s Travel Advisory website for Mexico; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting that a “Do Not Travel” travel advisory has been issued for Jalisco State will qualify.
