Pictures or videos being shown of the listed person, playing of the listed person’s pre-recorded music, audio-only appearances, or other forms of non-live appearances will not count. A live appearance on any part of the broadcast (excluding commercials) will count. This market is not limited to the Times’ Square or Eastern Time Zone portion of the show. The resolution source for this market will be broadcast footage of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
