Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". To qualify, Elon Musk must visit the main open area of the Western Wall Plaza in Jerusalem within this market's timeframe. The Western Wall Plaza is defined as the large, open, publicly accessible area directly in front of the Western Wall. Visiting other areas of Jerusalem will not qualify. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
