ClaraAugustus3 sharesThis market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump issues any executive order, or signs any bill into law, or otherwise officially renames the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America" by December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the U.S. Board on Geographic Names (BGN) renames the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America" this will qualify for a "Yes" resolution. This market's resolution source will be official information from the Trump administration or the U.S. Board on Geographic Names, however a consensus of credible reporting stating that the US Government has renamed it to Gulf of America will suffice.
