Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". In the event of any extenuating circumstances that prevent Joe Biden from continuing the race, this market will also resolve to "Yes". The start of the DNC is defined as 12:01 AM ET on the first scheduled day of the convention. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Joe Biden or his official/legal representatives, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
