Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A signature made on the condition that the Legislature later amends the bill will count. The primary resolution source is the New York State Senate's legislation tracker (https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2025/S10642) and other official information from the government of New York, however other credible reporting may be used.
